Ms. Meristil, has a proven track record of rescuing and driving small and large, strategic projects to success. She demonstrates a strong power of analytical reasoning, possesses a keen ability to assess a situation, and is not afraid to make difficult business decisions while navigating complex, high-pressure environments. She has extensive knowledge and expertise in designing and implementing business operations and in overseeing operations while driving revenue growth.
Ms. Meristil has over 20 years of law department operations, Governance & Risk Management, Compliance Privacy, and Procurement experience in the Biotechnology, Technology, Real Estate, Legal Services, & Hospitality industries. She has great familiarity with key business processes, concepts, and modes of operation. She is experienced in managing complex applications and developing strong cost control measures to ensure the desired result while leading strategic operations.
